Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapists are behavioral development professionals who study how environment impacts behavior to help patients overcome a range of mental and social challenges.
Our ABA therapists work with autistic children and other children with developmental issues in the comfort of the child's home. These therapists reinforce positive learned behaviors using specialized techniques that may include reward systems, incidental teaching, and pivotal response therapy. Becoming an ABA therapist at Forward ABA Group Inc. requires formal education in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field of study.

BEHAVIOR ANALYST
A Master's Degree and a BCBA certification are required. Must have prior experience working with individuals with special needs, conducting assessments, performing FBAs, writing programs, utilizing ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP.

BEHAVIOR THERAPIST
We are looking for individuals to work one on one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Therapist is supervised and trained on a consistent basis by Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
An Associate Degree or higher in psychology, special education, or related field is requred.
