Q: I need help with understanding my health insurance benefits for my child's Autism treatment. 

A: We are happy to discuss your insurance benefits with you. We can contact your insurance company to find out if you insurance policy provides for ABA coverage. If it does not, we can guide you to obtain appropriate coverage.

Q: I would like to get started with your services.

A: Please send a request for Registration Form. 

Once you have completed the registration form, please email it, along with copy of your insurance card(s) (front and back), a diagnostic report from a medical specialist, and a prescription for ABA services to office[at]forwardaba.com.

Q: What will ABA home-based services look like?

A: Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct an initial assessment of your child, and a parental interview. These will be used to develop a custom program for your child which will be implemented by your child's team of therapists under the supervision of the BCBA. The programming will be updated regularly as your child progresses.

Q: Do you only work with children who have a diagnosis?

A: No, we also work with typically developing children who display problem behavior and children who do not have a formal diagnosis.
